Connected Vehicle Application Support Analyst

Position Duties:
The Connected Vehicle Application Management team is responsible for defining and deploying support processes to run and protect the rapidly growing Connected Vehicle ecosystem. The range of solutions supported is diverse and growing, with a global consumer facing reach. Candidates would be working very closely with our partners in Application Development to gain knowledge of key Architecture driving Ford's future Connected Vehicle efforts to ensure operations readiness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to learn quickly
- Troubleshoot issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Leverage ITIL principles
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to cloud computing, telecommunications, and/or existing in-vehicle systems (SYNC)
- Business/Systems analysis
- Spanish language skills
- Database/SQL experience
- Application development experience
- Understanding of web services and mobile applications
- Security and Controls
- Plant Floor or other MFG experience
- Willingness to do some travel as needed
- ITIL/ITSM familiarity
- Communication skiils
- Self Starter
