Enterprise and Emerging IT Manager, Enterprise Analytics

Position Duties:
The Enterprise Analytics IT Manager will be responsible for aligning the organization on all aspects of the development and maintenance of Enterprise Analytics. The position will also have responsibility to engage with key Global Data Insight and Analytics (GDI&A) leaders to identify and prioritize Analytics efforts and to ensure that they are coordinated with all other IT initiatives. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Support establishing a portfolio view of Enterprise Analytics
- Engagement with GDI&A leaders to identify portfolio level vision, strategic priorities and commitments for Enterprise Analytics
- Integration and alignment of Enterprise Analytics efforts into the various IT portfolios for each of the Skill Teams (coordinated with existing Business IT Teams)
- Establish alignment between Enterprise Analytics and IT with respect to roles and responsibilities, technology platforms, data requirements, operational requirements and overall governance of data and technology
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ Years of experience in the following:
- Consulting to project teams related to data extracts, additions or services which exist or need to be created to support the project
- Consulting related to data location, availability, movement and standards
- Consulting related to services architecture related to the Enterprise Data, Data Warehouse, Master Data Management Repository, Operational Data Stores(ODS), Departmental Data Marts(DM)
- Collaborating with other IT groups on strategy and architecture decisions around electronic data (its use, transmission or storage)
- Studying and analyzing key business operations in terms of processes/functions, information, technology and organization to drive innovation within business processes and supporting technologies
Preferred Requirements:
- Business Intelligence development and delivery from Data Warehouse and Departmental Data Marts using various reporting software (e.g. SAP BusinessObjects Suite, Qlikview, Oracle Essbase, Hyperian)
