Associate Powertrain Engineering Solutions Business Analyst

Position Duties:
Responsibilities include understanding all aspects of the powertrain business solution in scope. This includes managing the deliverables, daily interaction with business customers, understanding of the various interfacing systems and build close relationship with their IT and Business representatives. The individual will need an understanding of multiple programming languages. They will also need to have an understanding of Agile Development Methodology. They will coordinate direct interaction with the powertrain business customers and also provide estimating for work effort as well as cycle planning for future years.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of Java or C/C++ programming experience
- 2+ years of business analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of database design and development experience
- J2EE development experience
- Business Analyst Certificate
- Engineering experience
