Position Duties:
The Digital Worker End User Engagement function at Ford is a ground breaking, creative, fun, and rewarding area. This position provides an excellent opportunity to engage with all business areas (skill teams) and to develop in-demand skills in a rapidly growing area of Enterprise IT.
The Digital Worker team is looking for a consultant with customer service experience to help with a new type of desk side service. This service will offer a walk-up help service in various buildings at Ford. This person will help improve end users productivity by completing triage, offering advice, teaching and developing solutions to common challenges with office products and capabilities. This individual will have the opportunity to work with all levels of management and also interact with various teams when complex issues need to be escaladed to more technical teams. All Digital Worker Capabilities (e.g. Microsoft Office, OneNote, SharePoint, WebEx, Smartphones, and Computers) will be supported.
